As an authentic 1,500-acre working ranch that’s been in the Langdon family for over 50 years, we offer an unparalleled blend of genuine Texas ranch life and elegant wedding amenities. Our year-round creek with waterfalls, historic 1882 farmhouse, and protected natural setting create a uniquely enchanting backdrop for your celebration.

Our venue comfortably hosts 200-250 guests. Our spacious grounds allow for flexible layouts to suit both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations.

Your rental includes our indoor reception hall with “open air” flow, chapel with optional opening walls, bridal house overlooking the creek, and groomsman lounge. For your reception, we provide natural wood chairs, 25-60″ round tables, cocktail tables, and picnic tables. The full-service kitchen includes prep tables, sink, oven, refrigerator, and ice. Outdoor amenities include a permanent rock firepit, patio heaters, multiple ceremony sites overlooking the creek and waterfall, plus a golf cart with staff member for transportation around our scenic property.

Absolutely! Your wedding party will have access to numerous stunning photo locations across our property. We can even arrange transportation in our ranger to our highest point, offering breathtaking sunset photos overlooking the entire valley – a favorite spot among our couples.

We welcome any licensed and insured vendors of your choice. Our experienced team has worked with many excellent vendors in the area and we’re happy to provide recommendations if desired.

Yes! The bride and her party will enjoy our dedicated bridal house that overlooks the peaceful creek, providing a serene setting for morning preparations and photos. For the groom and groomsmen, we offer a private lounge and dressing area located upstairs in the reception hall. Both spaces are available to you throughout your entire wedding day, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable experience for everyone in your wedding party.
